Website Use

This website is provided to share information about Traveling Stitches, offer embroidery and digitizing services, and provide products for purchase.

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes and not to misuse the website, its content, forms, or services.

Custom Embroidery and Digitizing

Embroidery and digitizing projects are custom services. Pricing, turnaround times, and project requirements may vary depending on the design, size, materials, quantity, and complexity of the project.

Quotes are estimates based on the information provided and may be adjusted if project requirements change.

For digitizing projects, the final embroidery file is created based on the artwork and specifications provided by the customer. The finished stitch-out may vary slightly from the appearance of the original artwork.

Customer-Supplied Artwork and Materials

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any artwork, logos, photographs, or other materials they provide to Traveling Stitches.

If you provide fabric or other materials for an appliqué or embroidery project, you are responsible for providing materials that are suitable for the intended project. Traveling Stitches is not responsible for defects or damage resulting from customer-supplied materials.

Custom Products and Returns

Because custom embroidered products are made specifically for the customer, custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to size, color, design preference, or change of mind.

Please review your selections carefully before submitting your order.

If there is a problem with an order or the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact Traveling Stitches so the issue can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution can be determined.

Product Colors and Variations

Colors may appear differently depending on your screen or device. Because embroidery and appliqué involve fabric, thread, and other physical materials, slight variations in color, placement, stitching, and appearance may occur.

These variations are a normal part of handmade and custom embroidery and do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Orders and Availability

Products are made to order unless otherwise stated. Product availability, apparel brands, colors, sizes, and materials may vary.

When a particular apparel brand or item is unavailable, Traveling Stitches may substitute a comparable item when appropriate. Any significant substitution will be discussed with the customer when necessary.

Shipping and Local Pickup

Shipping and local pickup options are described on the Shipping & Returns page. Production time is separate from shipping time, and orders may require production time before they are ready to ship or be picked up.

Intellectual Property

The content of this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, and other materials created for Traveling Stitches, may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without permission.

Customer-provided artwork remains the property of the customer or its respective owner.

Changes to Services and Policies

Traveling Stitches reserves the right to update products, services, pricing, availability, and website content at any time.

These Terms of Use may also be updated from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
